Common Questions
How long does a Clean and Check℠ take?
About an hour for a single-zone system. Multi-zone systems with multiple indoor heads take longer — usually 90 minutes to two hours depending on how many units need servicing.
What exactly do you do during the visit?
We clean the indoor air handler and filters, inspect the evaporator and condenser coils, check the condensate drain line, verify refrigerant levels, inspect electrical connections, and run the system in both heating and cooling mode before we leave. If we find anything that needs attention, we tell you before we do anything.
Is the Clean and Check℠ included in the membership?
The Two Seasons Membership includes two Clean and Check℠ visits per year, one in spring before cooling season and one in fall before heating season. At $198 a year on a single-head system, each visit is the same $99 as booking one on its own — no membership upcharge — plus 10% off every repair.
When is the best time to schedule one?
Spring before cooling season or fall before heating season. Either works. The goal is to catch problems before you're depending on the system every day — not after.
What if you find something that needs repair?
We tell you what we found and what it would cost to fix before we do anything. You decide whether to move forward. No surprises, nothing done without your approval.
