Southern Indiana doesn’t do gentle. The summers are humid and merciless; the winters bite. Your mini split takes all of it.
The Two Seasons Membership is the simplest answer we know: two Clean and Check℠ visits a year, timed to land right before the weather turns — plus 10% off any repair, any month. Here’s the year, season by season.
The year, in four visits’ worth of weather
No. 01 — Before the first heat wave
Spring
We come out before you’ve thought about the AC.
Coils get cleaned, refrigerant gets checked, the whole system gets a once-over while it’s still mild out. By the time the first 90° day hits, your mini split is ready and you didn’t lift a finger.
Visit one of two. We reach out to schedule it — you don’t have to remember.
No. 02 — When it’s 95° and humid
Summer
If something does go wrong, it costs you less.
No tune-up catches everything, every time. So when a repair comes up mid-heat-wave, your membership takes 10% off parts and labor — automatically.
Members save 10% on every repair No. 03 — Before the cold sets in
Fall
Visit two: we get you ready for the cold.
Mini splits heat as well as they cool — but only if they’re maintained. The fall Clean and Check℠ makes sure heating mode is dialed in before the first hard freeze, so the house is warm when it counts.
Visit two of two. Same thorough checklist as spring — nothing skipped.
No. 04 — The quiet months
Winter
You forget we exist. That’s the whole point.
A well-maintained system is a boring one — it just works. That’s the goal: a year where the most you think about your mini split is the two times we text you to schedule. Then we’ll see you in spring.
Boring means working — and that’s the goal.

Q
What if I need a repair between visits?
Members get at least 10% off all repairs, all year. Call us, we come out, and your discount applies automatically. No hoops.
Q
When do the two visits happen?
One in spring before cooling season, one in fall before heating season. We’ll reach out to set up both — you don’t have to track it.
Q
How is this different from a single Clean and Check℠?
A single Clean and Check℠ for your system runs $99 — that’s the outdoor unit plus one indoor head, then $50 for each additional head. The Two Seasons Membership books both seasonal visits for the year at that same per-visit price — no upcharge — and adds 10% off every repair plus we keep track of the dates.
Q
Does the membership auto-renew?
We’ll reach out before renewal. Nothing charges automatically without a conversation first.
Southern Indiana doesn’t do gentle. The summers are humid and merciless; the winters bite. Your furnace and AC carry the whole load.
The Two Seasons Membership is the simplest answer we know: a spring visit for the AC and a fall visit for the furnace — each timed right before its season turns — plus 10% off any repair, any month. Here’s the year, season by season.
The year, in four visits’ worth of weather
No. 01 — Before the first heat wave
Spring
We tune the AC before you’ve turned it on.
We clean the outdoor condenser coil, check the refrigerant charge, clear the condensate drain, and run a full performance test while it’s still mild out. By the first 90° day, your AC is ready — and you didn’t lift a finger.
Visit one of two — the cooling tune-up. We reach out to schedule it; you don’t have to remember.

No tune-up catches everything, every time. So when a repair comes up mid-heat-wave, your membership takes 10% off parts and labor — automatically.
Members save 10% on every repair No. 03 — Before the furnace matters
Fall
Visit two: we get the furnace ready for winter.
Gas or electric, your furnace works hardest when it’s coldest. We run the safety and combustion checks on gas systems, test the heating elements and sequencers on electric ones, swap the air filter, and make sure heat is dialed in before the first hard freeze.
Visit two of two — the heating tune-up. Same thorough checklist, gas or electric.
