Tell Us What You Need

What Happens After You Send That Form

  1. 1. A person reads it

The request goes to Justin and Nick Henry — not a call center, and not a lead broker who resells it to three other companies before dinner.

  2. 2. We call or text you back

We pin down a window that works and ask a couple of questions about the system, so the truck shows up with the right parts on it instead of making a second trip.

  3. 3. We come out and look

That visit carries no trip charge anywhere in Clark or Floyd County. We diagnose what is actually happening before anyone starts talking about price.

  4. 4. You get a number before any work starts

In writing, and the number we quote is the number you pay. Nothing gets touched on a guess and nothing gets added at the end.

What a Visit Costs

Diagnosis first, price second, work third — in that order, every time. In dollars, that looks like this:

  • Repair and service visits carry no trip charge in Clark or Floyd County. You see the cost of the fix before we start it.
  • Installation quotes depend on zone count, line set length, and the electrical at your panel — so we measure the space and put a written quote in your hands rather than guessing over the phone.
  • A Clean and Check℠ visit is $99, covering the outdoor unit plus one indoor head; each additional head is $50 per visit.
  • The Two Seasons Membership books both seasonal visits for the year and takes 10% off every repair, all year — $159 a year on a furnace and central AC system.

The Transparent Pricebook™ explains why we publish any of this, and the Two Seasons Membership page shows the maintenance math for your own system.

Not Sure What to Ask For?

Pick whichever line sounds most like your week. Leave the form vague if none of them fit and we will sort it out on the phone.

  • Mini split installation — a room that is never comfortable, an addition, a garage, a sunroom, or a whole-home multi-zone system.
  • Ductless repair — it runs but will not cool, throws an error code, drips, or short cycles.
  • Second opinion — somebody else quoted a replacement and the reasoning did not add up.
  • Clean and Check℠ — nothing is wrong and you would like to keep it that way.

Still narrowing it down? The HVAC guides walk through the common failures on central systems and ductless equipment both, in plain language, with no form to fill out first.

We work with homeowners within 18 miles of Charlestown, Indiana — across Clark County and Floyd County. See the towns we cover, or call Henry Brothers Heat • Cool • Mini Splits at (812) 994-1008 if you would rather just talk it through.
